After This Life We Are With Christ!

Hi Friends! Here’s A Bible Thought For You.
Look what Paul says here –
Phil 1:22 ESV2011 If I am to live in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. Yet which I shall choose I cannot tell.
Phil 1:23 ESV2011 I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better.
Phil 1:24 ESV2011 But to remain in the flesh is more necessary on your account.
He says that if we Christians leave here – this life – then we are WITH Christ!
Paul tells the Corinthians that we Exercise Courage, Walk By Trust in our Salvation, and We’d Rather be away from this body and at home with the Lord!
Paul says that pretty clearly!
2Cor 5:6 ESV2011 So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord,
2Cor 5:7 ESV2011 for we walk by faith, not by sight.
2Cor 5:8 ESV2011 Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
Jesus talks the same way about our Condition and Location after death.
The Sadducee didn’t believe in a life after death!
So they asked Jesus a question about the Resurrection to try and trip Him up.
But Jesus said this about Our Life After Death –
Matt 22:31 ESV2011 And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God:
Matt 22:32 ESV2011 ‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’? He is not God of the dead, but of the living.”
Matt 22:33 ESV2011 And when the crowd heard it, they were astonished at his teaching.
And Jesus told a story about a poor beggar named Lazarus and a rich man.
Lazarus died and went to Abraham’s bosom – Paradise within the earth at that time.
Now Parables don’t have peoples names in them.
So NO this is not a Parable. It’s a story of something that happened.
And the rich man died and woke up in hell!
Luke 16:23 AKJV/PCE And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
Luke 16:24 AKJV/PCE And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
There we see Abraham, Lazarus and that rich man all alive and aware of where they are.
So after we die and leave here we go to our reward whichever it is!

Hola amigos! Aquí tienes un pensamiento bíblico para ti.
Mira lo que dice Pablo aquí:
Phil 1:22 RVG10 Mas si vivo en la carne, este es el fruto de mi trabajo; no sé entonces qué escoger.
Phil 1:23 RVG10 Porque de ambas cosas estoy puesto en estrecho, teniendo deseo de partir y estar con Cristo, lo cual es muchísimo mejor;
Phil 1:24 RVG10 pero quedar en la carne es más necesario por causa de vosotros.
Él dice que si los cristianos dejamos esta vida, ¡estamos CON Cristo!
Pablo les dice a los corintios que ejerzamos valentía, caminemos con confianza en nuestra salvación y que preferimos estar lejos de este cuerpo y en casa con el Señor.
¡Pablo lo dice muy claramente!
2Cor 5:6 RVG10 Por tanto vivimos confiados siempre, sabiendo que entre tanto que estamos en el cuerpo, ausentes estamos del Señor
2Cor 5:7 RVG10 (porque por fe andamos, no por vista):
2Cor 5:8 RVG10 Estamos confiados, y más quisiéramos estar ausentes del cuerpo, y presentes con el Señor.
Jesús habla de la misma manera sobre nuestra condición y ubicación después de la muerte.
¡Los saduceos no creían en la vida después de la muerte!
Así que le preguntaron a Jesús sobre la Resurrección para intentar confundirlo.
Pero Jesús dijo esto sobre nuestra vida después de la muerte:
Matt 22:31 RVG10 Pero en cuanto a la resurrección de los muertos, ¿no habéis leído lo que os fue dicho por Dios, cuando dijo:

Jesús contó la historia de un mendigo llamado Lázaro y un hombre rico.
