Peace In Gaza?

I Hope this article helps you understand a little better what’s going on right now in the Middle East.
This Peace in Israel and Gaza is all over the news. And it was great to see.
And it was so wonderful to see those Israeli Hostages back in Israel and with their families. And I hope and pray that Hamas does return ALL of the remains of those Israeli captives. I think we need to pray that God will provide peace in the area for as long as He wills it.
But will this Peace ultimately continue?
Well . . . You know, in Isaiah 11 we see the Lord back on this earth judging various nations and peoples. And the Gaza Strip is one of those places that will be judged.
Let’s look at what Isaiah says about this area in the End Times –
Isa 11:4 AKJV/PCE But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
Isa 11:5 AKJV/PCE And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
Isa 11:6 AKJV/PCE The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.
Now those examples – the wolf and the lamb, the calf and the young lion – clearly show us that this is in the time of the Millennium – those 1,000 years of Christ’s rule over this earth!
Isa 11:10 AKJV/PCE ¶ And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.
Isa 11:11 AKJV/PCE And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
Isa 11:12 AKJV/PCE And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
Isa 11:13 AKJV/PCE The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim.
The root of Jesse = Jesus Christ.
And ensign = a signal flag for His people of Israel.
He will gather them – Israel and Judah – back to the land of Israel.
And He will heal jealousies and rivalries between the people of Israel.
Isa 11:14 AKJV/PCE But they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines toward the west; they shall spoil them of the east together: they shall lay their hand upon Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them.
And these people of Israel will attack the Philistines to the West.
That surely indicates the modern Palestinians in the area of the Gaza Strip today.
And besides that, Israel will attack and get control over Edom, Moab and Ammon = modern Jordan today.
So it sounds like the people of Israel will continue to have trouble with the Palestinians in Gaza, and even at times with Jordan to the East of the Jordan River!
Now Zephaniah see’s more detail about the Last Days judgments on Gaza.
Zeph 2:3 AKJV/PCE Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD’s anger.
Zeph 2:4 AKJV/PCE ¶ For Gaza shall be forsaken, and Ashkelon a desolation: they shall drive out Ashdod at the noon day, and Ekron shall be rooted up.
Zeph 2:5 AKJV/PCE Woe unto the inhabitants of the sea coast, the nation of the Cherethites! the word of the LORD is against you; O Canaan, the land of the Philistines, I will even destroy thee, that there shall be no inhabitant.
Zeph 2:6 AKJV/PCE And the sea coast shall be dwellings and cottages for shepherds, and folds for flocks.
Zeph 2:7 AKJV/PCE And the coast shall be for the remnant of the house of Judah; they shall feed thereupon: in the houses of Ashkelon shall they lie down in the evening: for the LORD their God shall visit them, and turn away their captivity.
So the Bible tells us that Gaza, this land of the Philistines – the Palestinians – will be destroyed and taken over by Israel!
Ashkelon, Ashdod, and Ekron are north of the Gaza Strip and currently under Israeli control.
Now some see this whole coastal area being judged by God again in the Last Days. We see it described like this – forsaken, a desolation, rooted up, no inhabitant!
And after this destruction, there will evidently be, plenty of shepherds with their sheep. Now from what I have read, there is very little animal husbandry at this time in any of this area. And Gaza is currently decimated from all of the military action! The other cities have moved towards High Technology and Industry!
But notice that verse 6 seems to describe many more shepherds and sheep in all of this coastal area after this judgment and destruction and then Israel taking control. That’s not happening right now!
NOTICE – It seems to indicate that the people of Judah – the modern Jewish people – will be living in this whole coastal area again at that time after the destruction.
And Amos also see’s destruction of the whole area.
Amos 1:6 AKJV/PCE ¶ Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:
Amos 1:7 AKJV/PCE But I will send a fire on the wall of Gaza, which shall devour the palaces thereof:
Amos 1:8 AKJV/PCE And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.
Again – Ashkelon, Ashdod, and Ekron are occupied at this time by Israeli’s.
Now Amos see’s the area without many (or any?) inhabitants due to this judgment by God. And it seems that Gaza will be included in this military destruction at the End Times! But at the moment that area is inhabitant.
So all of this prophecy seems to me to indicate that this whole coastal area, including the Gaza Strip, will be judged by God, leaving the area largely uninhabited. Then the people of Judah will move back into the area.
So it sounds like Israel will continue to have trouble with the Palestinians in that area.

¡Paz en Gaza?

HOLA AMIGOS! AQUÍ HAY UNA PROFECÍA PENSADA PARA TI.
Espero que este artículo les ayude a comprender mejor lo que está sucediendo ahora mismo en Oriente Medio.
Esta paz en Israel y Gaza está en todas las noticias. Y fue maravilloso verla.
Y fue maravilloso ver a esos rehenes israelíes de vuelta en Israel con sus familias. Espero y rezo para que Hamás devuelva todos los restos de esos cautivos israelíes. Creo que debemos orar para que Dios provea paz en la zona mientras Él lo desee.
Pero ¿continuará esta paz finalmente?
Bueno… Ya saben, en Isaías 11 vemos al Señor de regreso en esta tierra juzgando a varias naciones y pueblos. Y la Franja de Gaza es uno de esos lugares que serán juzgados.
Veamos lo que dice Isaías sobre esta zona en el Fin de los Tiempos:
Isa 11:4 RVG10 sino que juzgará con justicia a los pobres, y argüirá con equidad por los mansos de la tierra; y herirá la tierra con la vara de su boca, y con el espíritu de sus labios matará al impío.
Isa 11:5 RVG10 Y la justicia será el cinto de sus lomos, y la fidelidad el ceñidor de sus riñones.
Isa 11:6 RVG10 Morará el lobo con el cordero, y el leopardo con el cabrito se acostará; el becerro y el león y la bestia doméstica andarán juntos, y un niño los pastoreará.
Ahora bien, esos ejemplos – el lobo y el cordero, el becerro y el león joven – nos muestran claramente que estamos en el tiempo del Milenio – ¡esos 1.000 años del gobierno de Cristo sobre esta tierra!
Isa 11:10 RVG10 Y acontecerá en aquel tiempo que la raíz de Isaí, la cual estará puesta por pendón a las naciones, será buscada de los gentiles; y su reposo será glorioso.
Isa 11:11 RVG10 Y acontecerá en aquel tiempo, que Jehová volverá a extender su mano, por segunda vez, para recobrar el remanente de su pueblo que haya quedado de Asiria, de Egipto, de Patros, de Etiopía, de Elam, de Sinar, de Hamat y de las islas del mar.
Isa 11:12 RVG10 Y levantará pendón a las naciones, y juntará los desterrados de Israel, y reunirá los esparcidos de Judá de los cuatro confines de la tierra.
Isa 11:13 RVG10 Y se disipará la envidia de Efraín, y los enemigos de Judá serán talados. Efraín no tendrá envidia de Judá, ni Judá afligirá a Efraín;
La raíz de Jesé = Jesucristo.
Y el estandarte = una bandera de señales para su pueblo de Israel.
Él los reunirá —Israel y Judá— de regreso a la tierra de Israel.
Y sanará los celos y las rivalidades entre el pueblo de Israel.
Isa 11:14 RVG10 Mas volarán sobre los hombros de los filisteos al occidente, saquearán también a los del oriente. Edom y Moab les servirán, y los hijos de Amón les obedecerán.
Y este pueblo de Israel atacará a los filisteos al oeste.
Eso sin duda se refiere a los palestinos actuales en la zona de la Franja de Gaza.
Y además, Israel atacará y tomará el control de Edom, Moab y Amón, es decir, la actual Jordania.
Así que parece que el pueblo de Israel seguirá teniendo problemas con los palestinos en Gaza, e incluso, en ocasiones, con Jordania al este del río Jordán.
Ahora Sofonías ve más detalles acerca de los juicios de los Últimos Días sobre Gaza.
Zeph 2:3 RVG10 Buscad a Jehová todos los humildes de la tierra, que pusisteis en obra su juicio; buscad justicia, buscad mansedumbre; quizá seréis guardados en el día del enojo de Jehová.
Zeph 2:4 RVG10 Porque Gaza será desamparada, y Ascalón asolada; saquearán a Asdod en el mediodía, y Ecrón será desarraigada.
Zeph 2:5 RVG10 ¡Ay de los que habitan en la ribera del mar, de la gente de Ceretim! La palabra de Jehová es contra vosotros, oh Canaán, tierra de filisteos, que te haré destruir hasta no quedar morador.
Zeph 2:6 RVG10 Y la ribera del mar será para moradas de cabañas de pastores, y corrales de ovejas.
Zeph 2:7 RVG10 Y la ribera será para el resto de la casa de Judá; allí apacentarán: en las casas de Ascalón dormirán a la noche; porque Jehová su Dios los visitará, y hará volver a sus cautivos.
Así que la Biblia nos dice que Gaza, esta tierra de los filisteos (los palestinos), será destruida y tomada por Israel.
Ascalón, Asdod y Ecrón se encuentran al norte de la Franja de Gaza y actualmente están bajo control israelí.
Algunos ven que toda esta zona costera será juzgada por Dios de nuevo en los Últimos Días. La vemos descrita así: abandonada, desolada, desarraigada, ¡sin habitantes!
Y después de esta destrucción, evidentemente habrá muchos pastores con sus ovejas. Por lo que he leído, hay muy poca ganadería en este momento en toda esta zona. ¡Y Gaza está actualmente diezmada por toda la acción militar! ¡Las demás ciudades se han orientado hacia la alta tecnología y la industria!
Pero observen que el versículo 6 parece describir muchos más pastores y ovejas en toda esta zona costera después de este juicio y destrucción, y luego cuando Israel tome el control. ¡Eso no está sucediendo ahora mismo!
AVISO: Parece indicar que el pueblo de Judá —el pueblo judío moderno— volverá a vivir en toda esta zona costera después de la destrucción.
Y Amós también ve la destrucción de toda la zona.
Amos 1:6 RVG10 Así dice Jehová: Por tres pecados de Gaza, y por el cuarto, no revocaré su castigo; porque llevó cautiva toda la cautividad, para entregarlos a Edom.
Amos 1:7 RVG10 Y meteré fuego en el muro de Gaza, y quemará sus palacios.
Amos 1:8 RVG10 Y cortaré a los moradores de Asdod, y al que empuña el cetro de Ascalón; y volveré mi mano contra Ecrón y el remanente de los filisteos perecerá, dice Jehová el Señor.
Nuevamente, Ascalón, Asdod y Ecrón están ocupadas por Israel en este momento.
Ahora Amós ve la zona sin muchos (¿o ninguno?) habitantes debido al juicio divino. ¡Y parece que Gaza será incluida en esta destrucción militar al final de los tiempos! Pero por el momento, esa zona está habitada.
Así que, en mi opinión, toda esta profecía indica que toda esta zona costera, incluyendo la Franja de Gaza, será juzgada por Dios, dejándola prácticamente deshabitada. Luego, el pueblo de Judá regresará a la zona.
Parece que Israel seguirá teniendo problemas con los palestinos en esa zona.
