We Despaired Even Of Life!

Hi Friends! Here’s A Bible Thought For You.
We Christians know that we have to keep on walking down that path of faith.
2Cor 5:7 ESV2011 for we walk by faith, not by sight.
But that walk of faith is real hard at times. It is often a battle of faith!
1Tim 6:12 ESV2011 Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called . . .
Sometimes the fight just goes on and on. It may seem like there is no end to it!
2Cor 12:8 ESV2011 Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me.
2Cor 12:9 ESV2011 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Even the Apostle Paul experienced moments of despair – thinking that he would not survive the situation!
2Cor 1:8 AKJV/PCE For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:
But at such times I guess we Believers just have to keep a hold of our trust in the Lord asking for help and continuing that good fight of faith!
Heb 4:16 ESV2011 Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
And we are told that God will continue the good work that He is doing within us.
And he will bring it to completion when Jesus Christ comes for us.
Phil 1:6 ESV2011 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
Sure = Convinced!
Completion = Fulfill it!
1Cor 1:8 ESV2011 who will sustain you to the end, guiltless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1Cor 1:9 ESV2011 God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
Sustain = Make us Firm!
Guiltless = Unaccused!
So let’s continue on in that walk of faith with the Lord.

¡Hasta perdimos la esperanza de vivir!

Hola amigos! Aquí tienes un pensamiento bíblico para ti.
Nosotros los cristianos sabemos que tenemos que seguir caminando por ese camino de fe.
2Cor 5:7 PDT (Porque por fe andamos, no por vista).
Pero ese camino de fe a veces es muy difícil. ¡A menudo es una batalla de fe!
1Tim 6:12 PDT Mantener la fe es como una competencia. Haz todo lo posible por ganar la carrera y obtener la vida eterna . . .
A veces la lucha continúa y continúa. ¡Parece que no tiene fin!
2Cor 12:8 PDT Le he rogado ya tres veces al Señor que me quite esa dolencia.
2Cor 12:9 PDT Pero el Señor me dijo: «Mi bondad es todo lo que necesitas, porque cuando eres débil, mi poder se hace más fuerte[c] en ti». Por eso me alegra presumir de mi debilidad, así el poder de Cristo vivirá en mí.
¡Incluso el apóstol Pablo experimentó momentos de desesperación, pensando que no sobreviviría a la situación!
2Cor 1:8 PDT Hermanos, queremos que sepan acerca de los problemas que afrontamos en Asia. Tuvimos que soportar una carga demasiado pesada para nosotros y estábamos tan desesperados que incluso perdimos la esperanza de seguir viviendo.
Pero en momentos como estos creo que nosotros los creyentes simplemente debemos mantener nuestra confianza en el Señor pidiendo ayuda y continuando esa buena batalla de la fe.
Heb 4:16 PDT Entonces, acerquémonos con confianza al trono de Dios que es generoso. Allí recibiremos su compasión y su bondad para ayudarnos cuando lo necesitemos.
Y se nos dice que Dios continuará la buena obra que está haciendo en nosotros.
Y la completará cuando Jesucristo venga por nosotros.
Phil 1:6 PDT Estoy convencido de que Dios empezó una buena obra entre ustedes y la continuará hasta completarla el día en que Jesucristo regrese.
Convincido!
Completarla!
1Cor 1:8 PDT Él los fortalecerá hasta el final para que el día en que regrese nuestro Señor Jesucristo sean encontrados sin ninguna culpa.
1Cor 1:9 PDT Dios siempre cumple sus promesas, y él es quien los ha llamado a compartir la vida con su Hijo, nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
Fortalecerá!

Así que sigamos adelante en ese camino de fe con el Señor.
