Yes Bible prophecy does indicate a temple functioning in Jerusalem during the time of the Tribulation. But the last temple was destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD. So this temple that we see Jesus talk about in Matthew 24:15 is still future! Let’s look!

Paul writes that this “man of sin” actually “sits as God in the temple of God, setting himself up as God“!

And there will have to be a New Temple for this man of sin to abominate!
