He’ll Profane the Temple!!

HI FRIENDS! HERE’S A PROPHECY THOUGHT FOR YOU.

The angel Gabriel came and showed Daniel a Timeline of things to happen to the people of Judah and the land of Israel. We see it in Daniel 9:23-27.

Now in Daniel 9:26-27 we see some important details.

Dan 9:26 WEB After the sixty-two weeks the Anointed One shall be cut off, and shall have nothing: and the people of the prince who shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and its end shall be with a flood, and even to the end shall be war; desolations are determined.

Dan 9:27 WEB He shall make a firm covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the offering to cease; and on the wing of abominations shall come one who makes desolate; and even to the full end, and that determined, shall wrath be poured out on the desolate.

In Daniel 9:26 we see the Anointed One – the Messiah whom we Believers know is Jesus Christ come on this earth. And he will be killed (as a sacrifice for sins).

THEN a powerful people will destroy Jerusalem and the Temple!

That was surely the Roman Titus whose Legions destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple in 70 AD.

Then in Daniel 9:27 we see what has to be a Still Future Time when a New Temple is in Jerusalem! And there is a New Power in the Area who will prevail and negotiate an agreement with the many people of Judah back in the land of Israel. And this agreement is for a Seven of Time = Seven Years. I believe that is the 7 years we see as the Tribulation (the Great Tribulation).

But in the middle of those 7 years (3 1/2 years in) this future leader will invade Israel successfully! And it says that he will stop the sacrifices and offerings!

Then it seems he will sacrifice abominations and devastate the Temple!

Now Jesus mentioned that abomination of desolation which Daniel prophesied. And it was still future at that time.

Matt 24:14 WEB This Good News of the Kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.

Matt 24:15 WEB “When, therefore, you see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),

Matt 24:16 WEB then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

He tells the people of Jerusalem and Judea to watch. And when they see this happening they need to flee to the mountains. There are caves in those mountains where they can hide and be safe from the invasion and devastation.

And this is all still in the Future when Jesus in on this earth ministering!

NOW in Daniel 11:21-45 I believe that we see a view of that Future Leader.

And Antiochus Epiphanes was a great Forerunner of this Future Leader who will be the Full and Still Future fulfillment of this prophecy.

REMEMBER That we just read Jesus telling the Judean’s that when they see this

abomination of desolation which Daniel prophesied then Run for the Mountains!

AND Daniel 9:26-27 describes the destruction of the city and temple some time after Jesus death. The Romans did that.

AND REMEMBER That Daniel 9:27 still shows us a Future Time when there will be a New Temple. And a New Future Leader will desolate that Temple.

So this End Times abomination of desolation of a NEW Temple is STILL FUTURE.

And I am convinced that we see a description of that in Daniel 11:30-32.

Dan 11:30 WEB For ships of Kittim shall come against him; therefore he shall be grieved, and shall return, and have indignation against the holy covenant, and shall do his pleasure: he shall even return, and have regard to those who forsake the holy covenant.

Dan 11:31 WEB Forces shall stand on his part, and they shall profane the sanctuary, even the fortress, and shall take away the continual burnt offering, and they shall set up the abomination that makes desolate.

Dan 11:32 WEB Such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he pervert by flatteries; but the people who know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

This Future Leader will invade Israel. Traitors in Israel will help him!

He’ll stop the burnt offering. And he’ll put an abomination in the Temple!

Exactly what Daniel 9:27 saw! And Jesus indicated that this was all still future!

¡¡Él Profanará el Templo!!

HOLA AMIGOS! AQUÍ HAY UNA PROFECÍA PENSADA PARA TI.

El ángel Gabriel vino y le mostró a Daniel una cronología de lo que les sucedería al pueblo de Judá y a la tierra de Israel. La vemos en Daniel 9:23-27.

Ahora, en Daniel 9:26-27, vemos algunos detalles importantes.

Dan 9:26 RVG10 Y después de las sesenta y dos semanas se quitará la vida al Mesías, mas no por sí; y el pueblo del príncipe que ha de venir, destruirá la ciudad y el santuario; con inundación será el fin de ella, y hasta el fin de la guerra las asolaciones están determinadas.

Dan 9:27 RVG10 Y por una semana confirmará el pacto con muchos, y a la mitad de la semana hará cesar el sacrificio y la ofrenda. Después con la muchedumbre de las abominaciones vendrá el desolar, aun hasta una entera consumación; y lo que está determinado se derramará sobre el pueblo asolado.

En Daniel 9:26 vemos al Ungido, el Mesías que los creyentes conocemos como Jesucristo, venir a esta tierra. Y será asesinado (como sacrificio por los pecados).

¡Entonces, un pueblo poderoso destruirá Jerusalén y el Templo!

Seguramente era el romano Tito, cuyas legiones destruyeron Jerusalén y el Templo en el año 70 d. C.

Luego, en Daniel 9:27, vemos lo que debe ser un tiempo aún futuro, cuando un nuevo templo se erija en Jerusalén. Y hay un nuevo poder en la zona que prevalecerá y negociará un acuerdo con el pueblo de Judá en la tierra de Israel. Y este acuerdo es por un Siete de Tiempo = Siete Años. Creo que esos son los 7 años que vemos como la Tribulación (la Gran Tribulación).

Dan 11:31 RVG10 Y se levantarán brazos de su parte; y contaminarán el santuario de fortaleza, y quitarán el continuo sacrificio, y pondrán la abominación desoladora.

Dan 11:32 RVG10 Y con lisonjas hará pecar a los violadores del pacto; mas el pueblo que conoce a su Dios, se esforzará y hará proezas.

Este futuro líder invadirá Israel. ¡Los traidores en Israel lo ayudarán!

Detendrá el holocausto. ¡Y pondrá una abominación en el Templo!

¡Exactamente lo que vio Daniel 9:27! ¡Y Jesús indicó que todo esto aún era futuro!
