How can I be just before God?

Sometimes we Christians might wonder “How can I be just before God”!
We know we’re not perfect. We fail and sin sometimes.
How can God say we’re just?!
Well Romans 3:20-28 tells us a Lot about Justification! Let’s Check It!
First we see that the Father Justifies us as a gift through Jesus sacrifice –
Rom 3:20 ESV2011 For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.
Rom 3:21 ESV2011 But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it—
So the Law and Prophets witnessed our Justification through Faith –
Gen 15:6 ESV2011 And he believed the LORD, and he counted it to him as righteousness.
Isa 53:11 ESV2011 Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied; by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant, make many to be accounted righteous, and he shall bear their iniquities.
And we see that God declares us Just through our Faith in Jesus sacrifice for sin –
Rom 3:22 ESV2011 the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction:
Rom 3:23 ESV2011 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Rom 3:24 ESV2011 and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
Rom 3:28 ESV2011 For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law.
WOW!
God Justifies us graciously through Jesus as a gift!
We can’t earn this Justification by doing works!
WORD STUDY – Justified in Romans 3:20 translates the Greek word dikaioo (a verb – Strong’s G1344), meaning “to declare righteous” or “to acquit.”
Paul uses this forensic (courtroom) term to establish that no human can be declared innocent before God by keeping the Law; the Law only reveals our sinfulness.
The New Testament uses dikaioo to describe how a holy God declares guilty sinners legally righteous through Christ.
AMEN!
Here are a few more key verses on Justification.
God is not at war with us now –
Rom 5:1 ESV2011 Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus carried our sin on the cross –
2Cor 5:21 ESV2011 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
We are justified only through our faith in Jesus Christ – Not works –
Gal 2:16 ESV2011 yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.
Gal 3:11 ESV2011 Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for “The righteous shall live by faith.”
The Father justifies us through Jesus Christ and gives us eternal life –
Titus 3:5 ESV2011 he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,
Titus 3:6 ESV2011 whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior,
Titus 3:7 ESV2011 so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

ESTUDIO DE PALABRAS – La palabra «justificados» en Romanos 3:20 traduce el término griego *dikaioo* (un verbo — Strong’s G1344), que significa «declarar justo» o «absolver».
Pablo emplea este término jurídico (propio de un tribunal) para establecer que ningún ser humano puede ser declarado inocente ante Dios por guardar la Ley; la Ley solo revela nuestra condición de pecadores.
El Nuevo Testamento utiliza *dikaioo* para describir cómo un Dios santo declara legalmente justos, por medio de Cristo, a pecadores culpables.
